We are here to assist people to plan and experience any of these significant life events in a way that helps them know God's presence.

BaptismBaptisms are celebrations that take
place during worship. Contact Rejoice to schedule your baptism at least a month in advance at the worship service of your choosing. Generally, baptisms take place on non-communion Sundays and require a meeting with the pastor at least a week or two before the baptism. |
Wedding As Jesus graced the wedding in Cana (John 2), today couples seek to have their wedding held within the context of worship. If you are getting married and you desire to have your wedding at Rejoice, it is important that you contact the church as soon as possible to schedule your day. The Rejoice wedding manual will help you plan for your day, and our pastor will guide you in preparing emotionally and spiritually for your marriage, as well as help you organize and plan the wedding service.
Rejoice does not perform non-member weddings (the bride or groom need to be a member at Rejoice). However, a non-member may enlist the services of another clergy person and rent the facility. Please contact the Rejoice office for rental agreement and costs. Other than holidays and Holy Week, weddings can be scheduled nearly anytime of the year. |
FuneralAt the time of death, families experience a broad range of emotions and needs. Rejoice seeks to provide exceptional Christian care and compassion during such times. The church works closely with the family (and funeral director if one is involved) in preparing the service of Christian burial, meal or lunch Following the service, and other needs as they may arise.
Funerals can be scheduled on nearly any day of the week, however we do not conduct funerals on Sundays. Rejoice provides this ministry for its families as well as those not affiliated with the church. |
