Isaiah 1.17 Justice Group

The Isaiah 1.17 Justice Group is one of our newest groups for those who have a heart for Jesus justice. We put the emphasis on the powerful justice verbs of this passage in the first chapter of Isaiah: learn to do good, seek justice, rescue the oppressed, defend the orphan, and plead for the widow. As members of the body of Christ, God calls us to seek the well-being of all creation and to join in the work of the Spirit in bringing about the common good.

We meet monthly, usually on the 2nd Tuesday evening, to spend time learning about God's desire for justice. Then, we work to live that out through a ministry of mercy and justice. If you have a heart for others, especially those whom our world seems to have forgotten, this is a perfect place for you!
